Savannah Country Day School is seeking an Operations Utility Helper to assist with maintaining campus facilities and executing the setup/breakdown of special events. School Bus Drivers
Savannah Country Day School is seeking School Bus Drivers to safely transport students on school bus routes, field trips, and athletic travel. Regular route times are 6:00-9:00 am and 2:30-5:30 pm, with additional hours available to drive field trips, athletic teams, and summer programs. The Science Teacher will primarily teach biology courses, and may also teach physics or chemistry courses. Assistant Cheerleading Coach - Part-Time, Seasonal
Savannah Country Day School is seeking an experienced Assistant Cheerleading Coach. This is a part-time, seasonal role, with core responsibilities occurring in the months of July-February. In addition to coaching duties, the Assistant Cheerleading Coach provides logistical support outside of practice times through coordinating team travel and managing team information via Google Forms and spreadsheets. Savannah Country Day School is seeking an experienced individual to serve as Athletic Coordinator & Communications Specialist. This is a twelve (12) month full-time role, reporting to the Director of Athletics and Physical Education. Bachelor's degree and three (3) or more years' work experience preferred. Summer Arts and Crafts Specialist (Camp Moon River at Savannah Country Day)
The Arts & Crafts Program Specialist is expected to inspire creativity in children by engaging them in various hands-on art and craft activities. The ideal candidate should have expertise in a range of arts and crafts techniques, such as drawing, painting, weaving, sewing, latch hooks, pottery, and tie-dye, and should be able to transform children's imaginations into reality. If you have a passion for arts and crafts and are a positive, enthusiastic, and safety-conscious individual, this position could be an excellent fit for you. Camp Moon River Counselors are the primary caregivers for each camper and have the opportunity to inspire comfort, support, and lead by example. Camp counselors have the potential to be superheroes. They carry out activities while guiding campers in their personal growth. To be a good camp counselor, one should be interested in working with children and possess maturity, flexibility, a strong work ethic, and the ability to have fun. Summer Camp Counselor in Training and Junior Camp Counselor in Training (CIT / JCIT - Camp Moon River at Savannah Country Day)
Camp Moon River Junior CITs and CITs will assist Camp Counselors in all activities with the campers. Applicants for Junior CIT and CIT positions should be interested in working with children, possess maturity, flexibility, a strong work ethic, and, most importantly, the ability to have fun. J/CITs will be assigned to either a Program Specialist, a bunk of campers, or in some cases, both. The Drama Specialist will organize and implement theater games and small productions for Camp Moon River Campers. The goals will be to inspire creativity, assist with ensemble/team building, help campers come out of their shell, develop focus, and teach improvisational skills. Drama will be available as a daily/weekly choice for campers. This person will also be asked to be a bunk counselor when not leading and will support general camp activities when not leading a daily or weekly drama session.
