At The Prestige Individual, Lotter carded a 5-under 67 in the first 18 holes of his career in the Orange & Blue, marking the best start by a freshman in program history since Jake Mondy in 2012. Lotter ended the event in seventh overall with a 217 (+1) as one of only four true freshmen to finish in the top 10 and as the highest-placing golfer from the SEC, regardless of class.
 
A few days later, at the Dorado Beach Collegiate, Lotter fired an 8-under 206 by way of a 68-68-72 outing to finish inside the top-15 for a second consecutive tournament.
Lotter and company return to action next week as Auburn hosts the 11^th annual Tiger Invitational March 5-7 at Grand National in Opelika, Alabama.
