On Saturday, 25 Upper School French and Spanish students participated in the Foreign Language Association of Georgia ́s annual Spoken Language Contest. 88% of our students scored "Superior," the highest possible ranking! What is more, 17 of our students earned perfect scores! Please join us in congratulating these amazing world language students!
During the contest, students met individually with the organization's judges to complete 10-minute interviews to assess their proficiency in oral Spanish and French. They were scored based on their pronunciation, fluency, breadth of vocabulary, grammatical accuracy, aural comprehension, quality of communication and level of discourse.
