“I am including Country Day in my estate plan because I still remember all the special teachers who not only taught their subjects so well but also encouraged and guided us and cared so much. I’d like to think that my gift will ensure the same sort of excellence for future generations of Savannahians.”
— Dorothy (Waters) Courington, Class of 1968

“Savannah Country Day School educated my late husband and my sons effectively. The combination of the focus on character with the intellectual development was key.  I think the school also imbued them with a sense of responsibility to help make a better world. I look forward to their educating subsequent generations of my family!”
— Julia L. Mikell, Former SCDS Parent

“Country Day’s importance to both my family and the Savannah community can not be understated. A gift through a will or bequest ensures the future of the School and its legacy.”
— Curtis Lewis III, Class of 1970 and Former SCDS Parent
