Country Fair Parental Consent Agreement
On behalf of myself, my spouse and family, and my minor children/guardians listed below, I covenant not
to sue and hereby release The Savannah Country Day School, Inc., CJ’s Inflatables/CJ’s Event Rentals,
Beachview Events and any and all of their owners, successors, assigns, officers, directors, employees,
agents, and insurers, of and from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action of whatever
kind, including negligence but excluding gross negligence and willful misconduct, arising from or
related to, and by reason of any and all known and unknown, foreseen and unforeseen loss, damages, or
injuries, and the consequences thereof, resulting from or related to attendance or participation in the
Country Fair.
