You're Invited to the Parents' Association's Inaugural Golf, Mahjong & Tennis Tournament on Friday, November 7!

Join us for an unforgettable day of fun, friendly competition, and community spirit! Whether you're swinging clubs on the golf course, making your next move at the mahjong table, or serving it up on the tennis court, there’s something for everyone. In addition to tournament play, enjoy our Awards Dinner, exciting Raffle, and Silent Auction. As this is our inaugural event, space is limited for each activity—early registration is highly recommended as we expect spots to fill quickly!

  1:00pm- 5:30pm GOLF Tournament (12:00pm Registration), Marshwood Course 

  1:00pm- 3:00pm TENNIS Tournament (12:30pm Registration), Franklin Creek

  3:30pm- 5:30pm MAHJONG Tournament (3:00pm Registration), Franklin Creek

  6:00pm- 10:00pm Awards Dinner/ Buffet Dinner & Open Bar/ Auction & Raffle/ DJ & Karaoke

REGISTRATION OPTIONS:

GOLF $1000 per team (4 players)

• Includes play, snacks, beverages, and awards dinner
• The Golf Tournament will follow a scramble format with a 1:00pm shotgun start. When registering, please provide the first and last names of all team members.

TENNIS $125 per person

• Includes play, snacks, beverages, and awards dinner
• The Tennis tournament will be played in a round robin ladder format, grouped by skill level. No partners are needed, as the event is just for fun. Please be sure to include your USTA or STL rating when registering.

MAHJONG $125 per person

• Includes play, snacks, beverages, and awards dinner
• Mahjong will be non-guided Open Play using American Mahjong rules.  When registering, please indicate your level of experience:
  • Intermediate: Familiar with basic play and Charleston
  • Advanced: Confident with the Charleston, NMJL card, and official rules

TENNIS & MAHJONG $200 per person

• Includes play, snacks, beverages, and awards dinner
• When registering, please include your USTA or STL rating for Tennis  and also your level of experience with Mahjong:
  • Intermediate: Familiar with basic play and Charleston
  • Advanced: Confident with the Charleston, NMJL card, and official rules

SPOUSE/GUEST OF PLAYER $100 per person

• Includes awards dinner and beverages
